Shelby is a California native with nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning property management, corporate recruiting and training, coaching, and residential real estate. She began her career in Property Management, where by the age of 24 she was overseeing a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, single-family and multi-family properties, commercial assets, and shopping centers, while also co-managing the Modesto branch of a San Francisco–based property management company. Shelby went on to spend seven years in corporate America with a Fortune 100 financial services firm, serving as a Development Officer responsible for recruiting, sales training, internship programming, and leadership development. During this time, she led an internship program consistently ranked among the Top 10 in the nation, oversaw leadership development for the company’s largest network office spanning 10 locations across two states, and helped her team earn the #1 recruiting ranking out of more than 300 offices nationwide. In 2006, Shelby entered the real estate industry, selling on a team in the Hollywood area of Southern California. Her passion for developing people and building scalable systems led her to launch a coaching company in 2013 after completing a rigorous certification program as a Certified Business Coach. In 2014, she accepted the role of Team Leader for a Keller Williams franchise in the Carolinas, where she helped recruit more than 400 associates in just three years. Under her leadership, the franchise ranked #2 in the region for net growth in 2015, #1 in the region in 2016, and #11 globally within Keller Williams International. After returning to California in 2017, Shelby continued her leadership journey with Keller Williams International, serving as the Regional Area Director for the Northern California & Hawaii region in 2019. Today, she travels nationwide training and coaching real estate professionals on proven systems, models, and leadership strategies designed to create purposeful, sustainable business growth. At the core of everything Shelby does is a deep passion for cultivating authentic relationships and helping others thrive — both professionally and personally. Shelby lives in Rocklin, California, with her husband, Matt, and their two young children, who attend Adventure Christian School. As a family, they are actively involved in their church community at Bayside Church in Roseville, CA.
